Our Mission and Philosophy

The mission of Life Blessing Institute is to educate, coach, bless, and ignite the creative fire within individuals, groups, and organizations for embodiment of Life Purpose and personal wellness through inspired and conscious living. Contribution to cultural and planetary healing and transformation is a natural result of such awakening.

Our philosophy and wisdom teachings arise from Creation-Centered traditions that recognize creation as original blessing and everyone as a part of the blessing-way. We gain insight from East and Western spiritual traditions, global indigenous cultures, women's wisdom traditions, and the emerging scientific understandings of our universe, which reveal the interrelatedness of all beings.

We honor each individual's birthright to discover and live according to his or her own beliefs, inner guidance, and spiritual traditions. We explore the Four Pathways of creative process that include the path of wonder, healing, expression, and contribution.

We recognize the archetypal dimension of self-organization and call forth the leader, peacemaker, artist, builder, prophet/change agent, care-provider, scientist/mystic, and healer as universal patterns and potential within every individual.

In a world that emphasizes outer work, we recognize individual responsibility to do the inner work of True Self embodiment, by providing students context and container within which to transform themselves.

To fulfill this mission, Life Blessing Institute offers workshop, seminar, and longer-term training program formats for adults, youth programs emphasizing preparation for rites-of-passage, and seasonal gatherings to celebrate creation. Along with intellectual component of our studies, body prayer, art as meditation, and the art of ritual are vital integration methods for embodied learning.
